Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership with Impact Hoops, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month on the same date of your original purchase. The recurring charge will be processed using the payment method provided at sign-up.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the renewal date if you wish to discontinue service. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months.
Payment & Billing: By subscribing, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for the recurring monthly fee. If a payment fails, your membership access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
No Refunds: All membership payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
