CLASS OVERVIEW:

  • High-quality instructions by experienced player development coaches

  • 30-45 minutes of speed & vertical jump development

  • 15-20 minutes of recovery and cool-down exercises

CLASS DETAILS:

  • 6:1 trainee to coach ratio

  • Classes held Monday & Wednesday

  • Eight classes per month

  • Each class package must be used within the month of purchase

  • No rollover of classes to the preceding month

  • No make-up classes for missed sessions

  • Cost: $249.00 a month
